How an aluminum extrusion trading startup transformed into a massive integrated smart-manufacturing complex.
Founded in Anyi County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, our factory was built on the values of research-driven manufacturing. We established a foundational infrastructure dedicated to the precision processing of architectural glass, system windows, doors, and aluminum fences.
To meet the evolving global demand for carbon neutrality and structural durability, we executed a downstream integration strategic plan. We shifted from basic aluminum profile trading to the research, design, and manufacture of all-aluminum home furnishings and high-integrity building envelope solutions.
Today, we operate as a comprehensive industrial and trading enterprise. We provide high-performance architectural systems, safety glass, custom structural steel, and industrial-grade composite components to international commercial projects through automated online and offline channels.
Our historical trajectory is defined by a continuous loop of technical scaling: Aluminum profile trading & custom processing → extending to all-aluminum smart home manufacturing → evolving into an international comprehensive provider of building systems, structural glass, industrial composites, and heavy-duty building components.
Quantifying our manufacturing footprint, engineering assets, and processing capabilities designed for large-scale OEM/ODM orders.
Our facility runs on automated processes divided into specialized segments: 6 glass deep-processing lines, 8 system window and door assembly lines, and 4 custom protective fence lines. Among our 150 employees, 45 are dedicated research, chemical, structural, and mechanical engineers. This engineering ratio (30%) is a core competitive advantage that allows us to deliver:
A look at our rigorous inspection protocols, from raw material procurement to high-stress mechanical testing.
We verify every batch of aluminum alloy, steel coils, float glass, and composite raw materials before they enter the production floor. This includes spectral alloy testing, tensile strength trials, and glass purity scans to prevent micro-fissures in architectural facades.
Our automated glass production lines monitor PVB/SGP interlayers for laminated glass, and automated welding lines utilize laser profiling to verify steel framework dimensions. Real-time monitoring ensures strict adherence to tight engineering tolerances.
Before export packaging, products undergo functional stress tests. This includes validating flowmeter accuracy, assessing door thermal-insulation values, checking glass impact resistance, and verifying tarpaulin tear thresholds under high tension.
Our testing protocols are designed for demanding applications: Acoustic chamber testing for multi-layer insulated glass units; Salt-spray testing (ASTM B117) for exterior architectural finishes, coastal aluminum fences, and marine-grade fiberglass grating; and Hydrostatic testing for positive displacement flowmeters to guarantee leak-free operations under high pressure.
Addressing the shifting compliance, material, and logistical requirements in modern industrial and commercial sourcing.
International construction projects require strict compliance with regional building standards, such as Europe's EN standards, North America's ASTM/AAMA guidelines, and Australia's AS/NZS codes. Our engineering team designs all fenestration, curtain walls, and structural steel panels to meet or exceed these requirements, delivering pre-certified products ready for installation.
For aerospace, petrochemical, and high-rise commercial structures, material traceability is a critical safety requirement. We maintain mill test certificates (MTCs) for all metal profiles, safety glass units, and FRP structures. This level of traceability helps global procurement teams confidently manage risk.
Overseas transit exposes glass panels and large doors to potential damage from moisture, vibration, and handling. We employ custom logistics solutions, including heavy-duty, moisture-resistant plywood crates, specialized steel rack supports, and impact-absorbing materials, to protect fragile building components throughout transit.
A look at how we are integrating digital and automated verification tools to further improve product reliability.
We are deploying high-resolution camera arrays along our glass float and laminating lines. These systems use machine-vision algorithms to detect and flag micro-cracks and optical distortions in real time, preventing defects before the final processing stages.
For key international commercial orders, we integrate temperature, humidity, and shock-monitoring sensors inside our shipping containers. This allows customers to monitor shipment status and verify the physical environment of their products throughout transit.
We continue to refine our processes to support circular economy goals. This includes sourcing recycled structural aluminum alloys, using bio-based insulation materials for industrial doors, and optimizing raw material yields to minimize waste.
Exporting to more than 100 countries, with an annual export value exceeding US$8 million, supported by specialized overseas logistics teams.
Exporting heavy structural components like architectural glass, system doors, and industrial steel panels requires deep logistical expertise. Our shipping teams work closely with international freight carriers to manage complex routes across Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. By utilizing heavy-duty packaging, custom steel frameworks, and optimized container configurations, we ensure that every product arrives on-site in ready-to-install condition.
