Aura Mesh Window
As a premier manufacturing hub bridging North America and Latin America, Tijuana requires rigorous adherence to international and local building standards. Our structural solutions integrate advanced Chinese manufacturing efficiency with strict compliance to US and Mexican codes.
Engineered precisely to match international AISC, EN 1090, and local building safety protocols.
The acceleration of nearshoring has transformed Tijuana into a premier destination for manufacturing plants, assembly facilities (maquiladoras), and logistics warehouses. Unlike traditional construction, establishing an industrial facility here requires navigating a dual framework: Mexican federal and municipal construction regulations (such as Reglamento de Edificaciones) combined with structural design standards often benchmarked against US codes (AISC, IBC, ASTM).
Globally, supply chain resilience demands modular, prefabricated steel construction that can be rapidly deployed. Chinese manufacturing excellence bridges this gap by pre-fabricating certified components that arrive on-site ready for swift assembly, drastically reducing project timelines and minimizing local permit bottlenecks.
Leveraging over a decade of deep processing expertise, our production facilities integrate cutting-edge automation with rigorous quality management (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). We eliminate redundancies through standardized fabrication workflows. Every steel beam, column, and panel undergoes stringent testing to meet international load-bearing, seismic, and fire-resistant standards before exportation.
Our dedicated team of 45 senior structural engineers coordinates directly with international clients, providing comprehensive shop drawings, calculation reports, and localized adaptation guidance to ensure seamless approval by local authorities in Tijuana and beyond.
Navigating building codes requires meticulous attention to structural integrity and material traceability. Our product offerings comply with a wide spectrum of international benchmarks:
• American Standards: Adherence to AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) and ASTM material specifications, ensuring structural compatibility for cross-border investments.
• European Standards: EN 1090 certification for structural steel components, guaranteeing high welding quality and traceability.
• Local Adaptation: Designing systems tailored to regional environmental factors, including seismic activity zones and high wind load requirements typical of the Baja California region.
Q1: How do your prefabricated steel buildings meet Tijuana's specific municipal permit requirements?
A1: We provide complete engineering calculation packages signed by certified professionals, aligning with international codes often accepted or easily translatable for local municipal review in Tijuana.
Q2: What is the typical lead time from manufacturing in China to delivery in Tijuana?
A2: Thanks to our 30,000-square-meter workshop capacity and streamlined logistics, standard production takes 30-45 days, followed by optimized maritime and cross-border land freight coordination.
Q3: Are installation guidelines provided for local contractors?
A3: Yes, every order includes detailed 3D installation instructions, and our engineering team remains on standby for remote technical support.
Establishment and Foundation (circa 2015): The company was founded in Anyi County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It is a manufacturing factory integrating research and development, and professional deep processing of glass, doors, windows, and aluminum fences.
We have been in this industry for over 10 years. The factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has 6 production workshops, 6 glass production lines, 8 door and window production lines, and 4 fence production lines. Currently, the factory has 150 employees, 45 of whom are engineers. These engineers are responsible for providing customers with design solutions, construction plans, optimized technical drawings, new product development, and installation tutorials. A dedicated engineer will be assigned to handle the relevant solutions for each order. We have a professional transportation team to prevent damage to glass, doors, windows, and other fragile items during transportation. Our main export regions include Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. We export to more than 100 countries, with an annual export value exceeding US$8 million.
• Steady Development Period: In its early stages, the company mainly engaged in the trade, custom processing, and sales of various industrial and architectural aluminum profiles and door and window accessories. With business development, it gradually accumulated customer resources and market understanding.
• Expansion and Transformation (around 2020): The company began to extend downstream in the industrial chain, expanding its business from single profile trading and processing to the research, design, and production of all-aluminum home furnishings. This was an important strategic expansion for the company, seizing the market opportunity for environmentally friendly and durable all-aluminum home furnishings.
• Branding and Diversified Development (to date): Currently, the company has developed into a comprehensive industrial and trading enterprise integrating industrial aluminum profiles, all-aluminum home furnishings, system doors and windows, and high-end door and window accessories. It expands its national market through a combination of online and offline channels.
Core Development Trajectory: From aluminum profile trading and processing → extending to all-aluminum home furnishing manufacturing → to becoming a comprehensive service provider of door and window systems and accessories.
