Aura Mesh Window
Finland represents one of the most demanding markets for Doors & Windows material selection. With temperatures fluctuating from +30°C in summer to -35°C in winter, the structural integrity and thermal performance of building apertures are critical. As leading manufacturers and suppliers, we recognize that the Finnish construction industry is currently shifting toward high-tech, sustainable, and energy-neutral components.
In cities like Helsinki, Vantaa, and Oulu, the demand for triple and quadruple-glazed units has become the standard. Our manufacturing processes have adapted to these requirements by integrating thermal break technology and low-emissivity glass coatings. The industrial landscape is no longer just about aesthetics; it is about the "U-value"—a measure of thermal transmittance where Finland sets some of the strictest benchmarks in the European Union.
WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) is gaining massive traction in Finland's coastal regions like Turku. Unlike traditional timber, WPC resists moisture-induced rot and requires zero painting, making it ideal for the humid yet freezing Baltic air.
Our aluminum profiles are engineered with polyamide thermal breaks. This prevents the "cold bridge" effect, ensuring that the interior frame remains warm even when the exterior is covered in Finnish frost.
For industrial applications in Rovaniemi or heavy-duty security in urban centers, our galvanized steel doors provide unmatched impact resistance and fire safety ratings compliant with EN standards.
When selecting materials for the Finnish market, one must consider the Linear Thermal Expansion Coefficient. Materials must expand and contract uniformly to prevent seal failure. As a manufacturer, we utilize advanced AI-driven stress testing to simulate 20 years of Finnish winter cycles in our laboratory, ensuring that every door and window profile we supply maintains its airtight seal.
Furthermore, the Acoustic Performance of our glass and frame selections is optimized for urban density. With the growth of residential apartments near Helsinki's transit hubs, our sound-reduction glass (up to 45dB) provides the silence required for high-quality living.
Establishment and Foundation (circa 2015): The company was founded in Anyi County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It is a manufacturing factory integrating research and development, and professional deep processing of glass, doors, windows, and aluminum fences.
We have been in this industry for over 10 years. The factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has 6 production workshops, 6 glass production lines, 8 door and window production lines, and 4 fence production lines. Currently, the factory has 150 employees, 45 of whom are engineers. These engineers are responsible for providing customers with design solutions, construction plans, optimized technical drawings, new product development, and installation tutorials.
Steady Development Period: In its early stages, the company mainly engaged in the trade, custom processing, and sales of various industrial and architectural aluminum profiles and door and window accessories. With business development, it gradually accumulated customer resources and market understanding.
Expansion and Transformation (around 2020): The company began to extend downstream in the industrial chain, expanding its business from single profile trading and processing to the research, design, and production of all-aluminum home furnishings. This was an important strategic expansion for the company, seizing the market opportunity for environmentally friendly and durable all-aluminum home furnishings.
Branding and Diversified Development (to date): Currently, the company has developed into a comprehensive industrial and trading enterprise integrating industrial aluminum profiles, all-aluminum home furnishings, system doors and windows, and high-end door and window accessories. We export to more than 100 countries, with an annual export value exceeding US$8 million.
The Finnish market is currently a leader in Carbon Neutral Construction. By 2035, Finland aims to be carbon neutral, which places immense pressure on manufacturers to provide life-cycle assessments (LCA) for every product. Our material selection process now includes recycled aluminum and sustainably sourced wood fibers, significantly reducing the embodied carbon of our doors and windows.
Another dominant trend is Smart Integration. In Oulu, the "Silicon Valley of the North," we are seeing a surge in demand for doors with integrated biometric sensors and IoT-connected locking systems. Our "8 Languages Smart Lock" series is designed specifically for this tech-savvy demographic, offering seamless integration with Nordic smart home protocols.
Visual Transparency is also a key architectural trend. Large-format sliding doors that "bring the forest inside" are popular in Finnish summer cottages (Mökki). Our industrial-strength electric sliding doors are now being adapted for residential use, offering the same durability required for warehouses but with the sleek aesthetics of high-end villas.
Our hygienic medical doors are designed for the high-sanitation requirements of Finnish hospitals. Easy-clean stainless steel and antibacterial WPC surfaces ensure compliance with European healthcare standards.
For the intense logistics traffic in Southern Finland, our insulated sectional garage doors offer rapid operation and high thermal retention, critical for maintaining warehouse temperatures during sub-zero days.
Melamine MDF and PVC wooden doors provide the minimalist, clean-line aesthetic favored by Finnish interior designers while maintaining the durability needed for high-rental turnover in university cities like Jyväskylä.
Our commitment to the Finnish market goes beyond simple supply. We offer a full-service ecosystem that includes Technical Drawing Optimization and Installation Tutorials specifically designed for Nordic building methods. Whether you are an architect in Lahti looking for high-end teak aesthetics or a contractor in Kuopio needing mass-produced WPC solutions, our 30,000 square meter facility and team of 45 engineers are ready to deliver.
We understand that logistics to Northern Europe can be complex. That is why we have a Professional Transportation Team specialized in handling fragile glass and high-precision aluminum frames. We ensure that every product, from a single smart-lock steel door to a full shipment of industrial garage panels, arrives in perfect condition, ready for the Finnish frost.
