Project Overview: Fabricate and erect approximately 2500 tonnes of structural steel work. The roof steel work over the auditorium is supported by four 29m long trusses spanning between reinforced concrete walls. Trusses were pre-fabricated in sections for precise on-site assembly within tight city center constraints.

Preservative Treatments:

• Spray Paint: Two layers of epoxy zinc-rich primer + 2 layers of anti-rust paint (100-120um). Warranty: 18-20 years.
• Hot-Dipped Galvanized: Thickness up to 86um depending on part size. Warranty: 45-50 years.
