Product Description

Product Dimension: Available metal substrates thickness are between 0.2mm-0.8mm. Max width is 800mm. Rubber coating thickness is between 0.02-0.12mm. Single and double-side rubber coated metal roll material can meet the requirements of different customers.

Characteristics:

Excellent high and low temperature resistance (-20ºC to 120ºC for NBR, -40ºC to 290ºC for FKM).
Good sealability suitable for gas and fluid applications.
Excellent mechanical performance; Tensile strength up to 100MPa.
Good fluid resistance, especially for mechanical oil, antifreeze, and coolant.
Good anti-ageing properties.
Fine processing properties for continuous automatic production.
