Product Description

Product Dimension: Available metal substrates thickness are between 0.2mm-0.8mm. Regular size is 1000*600mm. Rubber coating thickness is between 0.02-0.12mm single and double-side rubber coated metal roll material can meet the requirement of different customers.

Excellent high and low temperature resistance: -20ºC-120ºC(NBR), -40ºC-290ºC(FKM)
Good sealability and suitable for gas and fluid sealing

Application

Rubber coated metal materials combine metal rigidity and rubber elasticity. Ideal for automobile and motorcycle cylinder head gaskets, accessory gaskets, refrigeration and compressor gaskets. We are supplying 90% OE market share for sealing products in China and overseas.

The First NBR & FKM coating steel coil Production Line in China. Key equipment from France, Germany and Japan. Advanced surface pressure analysis instruments from Japan are used to improve product analysis accuracy.

Q: Can I get samples of the material? A: Sure. We usually provide existing samples. Sample charges are refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. Freight fees are typically borne by the buyer.

Q: What's the typical delivery time for orders? A: The delivery time is generally 20~30 days after receipt of the T/T prepayment.

Q: Why is the delivery status in master coil format? A: To save costs and provide better pricing, we suggest delivering in master coils (width above 600mm) due to export tax refund differences. Slotted types can be provided if required.
