A3: Samples typically take 7-10 days. Bulk orders depend on the quantity. If items are in stock, they are dispatched immediately upon payment.

Q4: Can we get a free sample before bulk orders?

A4: We do not offer free samples. however, when you place a bulk order, we will return the sample cost to you.

Q5: What are the payment methods?

A5: We accept Bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union. Full payment is required for orders under USD 5000. For orders over USD 5000, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery.
