A2: Samples are packed in sturdy cartons or wooden boxes. Bulk orders are packed in individual cartons and then secured on pallets for safe transport.
A3: Samples typically take 7-10 days. Bulk order delivery times depend on the quantity, but stock items are dispatched immediately upon payment.
A4: We do not offer free samples initially; however, the sample cost is returned to you once a bulk order is placed.
A5: We accept Bank Transfers (T/T) and Western Union. For orders over USD 5000, we require a 40% deposit with the balance due before delivery.
