Q2: What is your packing method?
A2: For samples, we use cartons or wooden boxes. For bulk orders, each item is packed in a carton and then placed together on pallets.
Q3: How long is the delivery time?
A3: Samples typically take 7-10 days. Bulk orders depend on the quantity. If items are in stock, they are dispatched immediately upon payment.
Q4: Can we get a free sample before bulk orders?
A4: We do not offer free samples initially. however, once you place a bulk order, the sample cost will be refunded to you.
Q5: What are your payment methods?
A5: We accept Bank Transfer or Western Union. Full payment is required for orders under USD 5000. For orders over USD 5000, a 40% deposit is required, with the balance due before delivery.
Q6: Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
A6: Yes, our stainless steel water curtains are specifically designed for both indoor and outdoor environments, including gardens and parks.
