Aura Mesh Window
Advanced engineering specifically optimized for the Colombian climate zones.
Colombia is currently undergoing a transformative shift in its construction and industrial sectors. As the country aligns with global sustainability goals, the demand for energy-efficient door and window systems has reached an all-time high. Manufacturers and suppliers are no longer just providing entryways; they are delivering critical thermal barriers that define a building's energy footprint.
In major urban hubs like Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali, architectural trends are pivoting toward "Edificios Verdes" (Green Buildings). This shift is heavily influenced by Resolution 0549 of 2015, which mandates water and energy savings for new constructions. Our high-efficiency systems are designed to help Colombian developers meet these stringent LEED and local EDGE certifications, reducing electricity consumption by up to 30% through advanced thermal insulation.
Merging AI-driven manufacturing with Colombian architectural requirements.
For projects in the Andes, our double-glazed and argon-filled units prevent heat loss, ensuring indoor warmth without excessive heating.
In tropical zones like Barranquilla, our Low-E coatings reflect 70%+ of solar radiation while maintaining crystal clear visibility.

Establishment and Foundation (circa 2015): The company was founded in Anyi County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It is a manufacturing factory integrating research and development, and professional deep processing of glass, doors, windows, and aluminum fences.
We have been in this industry for over 10 years. The factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has 6 production workshops, 6 glass production lines, 8 door and window production lines, and 4 fence production lines. Currently, the factory has 150 employees, 45 of whom are engineers. These engineers are responsible for providing customers with design solutions, construction plans, optimized technical drawings, new product development, and installation tutorials. A dedicated engineer will be assigned to handle the relevant solutions for each order. We have a professional transportation team to prevent damage to glass, doors, windows, and other fragile items during transportation. Our main export regions include Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. We export to more than 100 countries, with an annual export value exceeding US$8 million.
• Steady Development Period: In its early stages, the company mainly engaged in the trade, custom processing, and sales of various industrial and architectural aluminum profiles and door and window accessories. With business development, it gradually accumulated customer resources and market understanding.
• Expansion and Transformation (around 2020): The company began to extend downstream in the industrial chain, expanding its business from single profile trading and processing to the research, design, and production of all-aluminum home furnishings. This was an important strategic expansion for the company, seizing the market opportunity for environmentally friendly and durable all-aluminum home furnishings.
• Branding and Diversified Development (to date): Currently, the company has developed into a comprehensive industrial and trading enterprise integrating industrial aluminum profiles, all-aluminum home furnishings, system doors and windows, and high-end door and window accessories. It expands its national market through a combination of online and offline channels.
The Colombian fenestration market is witnessing a rapid departure from traditional single-pane windows toward Thermal Break Aluminum (RPT - Rotura de Puente Térmico). This technology is vital for the diverse microclimates of Colombia. For instance, in Cundinamarca, where temperatures fluctuate significantly between day and night, Thermal Break systems prevent condensation and maintain a stable indoor environment.
Suppliers in Medellín are increasingly focusing on "Smart Windows" that integrate with building management systems (BMS). Our products are ready for this digital integration, featuring sensors and automatic induction mechanisms that optimize natural ventilation, further reducing the need for mechanical cooling.

The manufacturing process for high-efficiency doors and windows requires a multi-faceted approach to engineering. In the Colombian context, where humidity levels in coastal cities like Cartagena can accelerate corrosion, we utilize 6063-T5 architectural grade aluminum with advanced powder coating. This ensures longevity and maintains the thermal integrity of the window frames over decades of use.
One of the core components of our energy-saving technology is the use of Polyamide thermal breaks. These strips are inserted between the inner and outer aluminum profiles to block the transfer of heat. In a city like Cali, this prevents the sweltering exterior heat from entering the building, drastically reducing the load on air conditioning systems. For the cooler climates of the Altiplano Cundiboyacense, it keeps the precious indoor heat from escaping.
Furthermore, our Low-E (Low Emissivity) glass coatings are specifically tuned to the solar spectrum of the equatorial region. By filtering out infrared and ultraviolet rays while allowing visible light to pass through, we protect interior furnishings from fading and reduce "hot spots" near windows. This localized application is what sets us apart as a premier supplier for the Colombian market.
Safety and security are also paramount. Our 304-grade stainless steel sliding systems and high-speed spiral doors offer not just efficiency but also superior protection for commercial and industrial assets. As Colombia continues to develop its industrial parks (Parques Industriales), the need for fast-action doors that minimize air exchange becomes critical for warehouse temperature control.
Our commitment to Innovation 4.0 means that our manufacturing facility in Jiangxi utilizes precision robotics and AI-optimized cutting patterns to ensure every door and window meets the exact dimensions required by Colombian architects. This precision reduces air leakage—a common cause of energy loss in older Colombian buildings.
