Sandwich panels for steel structure roofs are prefabricated composite systems designed to balance thermal efficiency, structural integrity, and installation speed. Comprising two outer metal skins (galvanized steel or aluminum) bonded to an insulating core, they form a lightweight yet robust roofing solution.
1. Outer Skins: Top sheets painted with PVDF, SMP, PE or HDP coatings. Bottom sheets feature smooth-finished flat for interior aesthetics.
2. Core Materials: Polyurethane (PUR/PIR) for high insulation; Rockwool for non-combustible fire ratings; EPS/XPS for cost-effective insulation.
3. Thermal Performance: U-values as low as 0.2 W/m²K significantly reduce heat loss/gain.
4. Installation Speed: Pre-cut panels reduce on-site labor by up to 40%.

• Steel structure components will be in nude packaging with proper protection.
• Sandwich panels will be covered with plastic film.
• Bolts and other accessories will be loaded into wooden boxes.
• All products are loaded using cranes and forklifts by skilled workers to prevent damage during ocean transport.
