AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) is a lightweight, porous concrete wall material produced through chemical aeration and autoclave curing. It is manufactured under factory-controlled conditions with uniform structure and stable performance.

💡 Key processes: Chemical aeration using aluminum powder creates uniformly distributed closed pores; autoclave curing ensures reliable strength and long-term dimensional stability.

• Autoclaving conditions: 180-200°C / 1.0-1.3 MPa
• Dry density: 500-700 kg/m³
• Weight: 1/3 of conventional concrete blocks
• Thermal conductivity: 0.11-0.16 W/(m·K)
• Compressive strength: 3.5-5.0 MPa

🚀 Lightweight & High Strength: Dry density is 1/3-1/10 of traditional materials.

🔥 Fire Resistance: A1 grade non-combustible, fire resistance ≥ 4 hours.

🌡️ Thermal Insulation: Thermal conductivity 0.055-0.17 W/(m·K).
